We ARE Sourcing was founded to support We ARE Renewable and We ARE IT on soucing for their clients and improve on delivering suitable candidates for permanent positions and (freelance) projects. Given the current market situation and demand, we have decided to offer Sourcing solutions to Clients and external Recruitment Agencies outside our organization.

The reason that we have opened an office in Kosovo is the lack of suitable (and available) candidates on sourcing in the Netherlands and the pool of suitable Resource specialists, who are fluent English speaking, in Kosovo. On a daily basis, we discuss deliverables and goals for each team member and this will be managed by an experienced manager in Kosovo.
